We are the great lakes rebuild service and parts center for Al-jon, a manufacturer of solid waste and scrap processing equipment. Our experienced team can completely rebuild or recondition Al-jon equipment, including balers, hydrostatic loaders, landfill compactors, and car crushers. To reduce equipment downtime, Tri-County maintains an inventory of replacement parts and rebuilt components for most Al-jon machines. Our factory-trained technicians are experts in both onsite and in shop repair services.
Our fleet of 5 service trucks, fitted with air, welding, cutting equipment and cranes, allows us to handle all types of field equipment repairs. We also have a 10,000 square foot, 8-bay facility to perform efficient in house repairs. Repairing and rebuilding various diesel engines fitted in Al-jon equipment is not a problem for us. We can work with engines from Cummins, John Deere, and Caterpillar. Equipped with the latest diagnostic computers, technicians can quickly troubleshoot and pinpoint faulty components or tailor equipment behavior to your preferences.
Our mechanics are experienced in conducting diagnostic tests/inspections on control systems, electrical components, power transfer, and hydraulic system parts that accompany Al-jon’s line of products. Depending on your specific finish requirements, rebuilt or reconditioned equipment can be sandblasted, primed, and painted. We offer quick, reliable, and timely onsite line boring services to restore the standard size of pin bores.
